I come back from vacation and this is the news I find out :(
It hasn’t really sunk in yet that the DRW are out of playoffs so quickly. I can’t lie and say I’m not disappointed but this year has been great as a fan. I got to see my first DRW game live this season (and see Hudler score), met a bunch of them, and watched them make NHL history.
Here’s to next season, Stuart staying in Detroit, and to hoping Lidstrom doesn’t retire:
